Never being quite sure where the weekend went, I sit here on Monday morning, not ready for the work week to begin, and definitely not really ready to tidy up after the weekend. That leaves some new thoughts for the Blog! To keep things on a positive note, I’ll share with you … 10 home decor things that I’m loving right now!
1. Decorating with Greenery
There’s something to be said about bringing a little bit of the outdoors into your home. These are just a few ways to achieve this.
2. Cozy Blanket Throw
I LOVE LOVE a cozy blanket throw while watching TV. (Yep, that’s a double LOVE, in fact, it might even be an addiction lol) I have a 4-lb Yorkie and the minute I bring out the throw, she’s on my lap ready for a cuddle. I particularly love the St Judes ones as 50% of the profits go to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. This is very near and dear to my heart.
3. Coffee Bars or Coffee Stations
Coffee Stations seem to be all the rage in the last years or so and I’m in the process of thinking about how I could have one installed in my kitchen so I thought I’d share with you a few of the things I think would be nice to have on it.
4. Certified International Dinnerware Collection
We have just taken on a new line of dinnerware – I hope you like the Certified International Collection as much as we do.
5. Southwest Home Decor
New to our online store is an extensive collection of Southwest Home Decor. It is colorful, vibrant, and just plain fun.
6. Table Linens and Table Accessories
Who doesn’t love a well-dressed table? That process begins with knowing how to properly set up a table and then comes the process of mixing and matching table linens, dinnerware, and table decor.
7. All Things Coastal but Specifically Birds
I live on the coast and could sit on the shoreline and watch birds all day long and not get bored. They fight, they play, they are fiercely protective of their families, and are the most entertaining animal there is.
8. Floral Arrangements & Well Put Together Tablescapes
I LOVE a nice floral arrangement somewhere in the living room. It doesn’t have to be huge, but it does need to fit the decor of the rest of the room.
9. Fun Things that Invoke Conversation
We believe that all homes should have some decor items in them that are fun and/or meaningful. What might be meaningful would differ from person to person so here’s our idea of what fun might be.
Art
And last, but not least, art is a bit of a passion (bordering on obsession lol). TheCollabUSA started with a simple online Art Gallery and from there it evolved into an online home decor store. Art makes life more manageable, tolerable, and enjoyable and it most definitely adds to the aesthetic value of one’s home.
