Tribeca Penthouse, NY City
In 2014, Swift bought not one but two adjacent penthouses from “Lord of the Rings” director Petre Jackson in an old TriBeCa building for $20 million. She converted them into one large duplex that has a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a billiards room, and an incredible sweeping staircase.
Only three years after purchasing the two TriBeCa penthouses, Swift expanded horizontally, purchasing the century-old townhouse right next door. The home, equipped with luxury amenities including a home theater, gym, guest suite, and terrace, is estimated to be valued at $18 million. It was built in 1915 and was fully renovated by architect and designer Leopoldo Rosati.
In early 2018, the “Me!” singer paid $9.75 million for a three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot loft in the same TriBeCa building, dramatically upping her stake in the super-coveted 155 Franklin Street. Evidently, the apartment was previously owned by financier Jeremy Phillips.
Watch Hill Seaside Estate, Rhode Island
Taylor Swift’s 12,000-square-foot beach house sits atop the highest point of Rhode Island town. This unquestionably stunning home serves as the destination for her notorious A-List parties. (She’s known for throwing Independence Day parties here). Complete with seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, a glorious pool, and shoreline views extending 700 feet, this mansion is one of her most impressive buys.
Condo in Nashville TN
This was Taylor’s first home purchase at the ripe age of 20. She purchased a 3,240-square-foot Music Row condo in Nashville. The industrial-style penthouse features massive floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-concept layout. As Swift describes it, it is “whimsically girlie.”
Northcumberland Estate, Nashville, TN
These days, when she is in Music City, she is probably spending her time at the grand Greek revival estate known as the Northumberland Estate. In June 2011, she purchased the 5,600-square-foot main house for $2.5 million. The main house was built in 1934 and is made up of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Certainly no slouch, it further boasts a 2,000-square-foot guest house added in 1964. The mansion sits on 6 acres in the elite suburb of Forest Hills.
1934 Georgian Revival Estate, Las Angeles
the 1934 Georgian Revival estate she purchased for a whopping $25 million. The seven-bedroom and eight-bathroom home spans 10,982 square feet. The mansion used to belong to Hollywood film producer Samuel Goldwyn until Swift bought the home in 2015. Most recently, Swift gained approval from the Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission to turn the estate into a historic landmark.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would
never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
