3 Brm, 3 Bath, Coastal House that is Full of Features in Every Room:
- Elevator that goes down to the garage area. From the entry to the rear balcony, the wide-open vistas of San Marino allow the warm, gentle breezes to flow through the house.
- Cathedral ceilings in the great room and formal dining area extend the sense of spaciousness. The great room at the core of the San Marino plan is open to the dining room. In turn, the great room is open to the gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a large walk-in pantry for additional storage.
- The breakfast nook has a door that opens to the rear verandah. A kitchen buffet counter can be used for casual serving or can accommodate formal entertaining. The formal dining room opens through a colonnade from the gallery hall and is open to the kitchen and great room.
